- Purpose. These terms govern the sale of products available on the Eterna by Zahara online store.

- Prices and taxes. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable VAT where charged at checkout. Shipping costs are shown separately before you complete your purchase. Eterna by Zahara reserves the right to change prices, while honouring the price in effect at the time of your order.
- Payment methods. We accept the following payment methods: Shopify Payments and PayPal. Payments are processed securely.
- Availability. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we'll let you know and you can choose another product or a refund of the amount paid.
- Shipping. Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.
- Cancellation and returns. Governed by our Refund Policy.
- Warranty. Products are covered by your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Liability. Eterna by Zahara is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products, or for issues beyond our control. Jewellery made with natural flowers requires special care (avoiding water, direct perfume and prolonged sun exposure), and care instructions are provided with each piece.
- Intellectual property. All content on this website is protected. Reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.
- Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not affect any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country of residence. In the event of a dispute, you may bring proceedings before the competent courts, or refer the matter to a recognised alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider.
