Shipping policy

Carriers. We work with DHL to get your order to you in the best condition.

Processing time. As our pieces are handmade, we prepare your order with care before shipping. Personalised orders may take extra time, which we'll let you know about in each case.

Shipping zones and rates

United Kingdom:
Standard delivery (2–7 business days): FREE, no minimum order value.

Applicable shipping costs are always shown before you complete your purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may vary for reasons beyond Eterna by Zahara's control.

Taxes. Orders are shipped from within the United Kingdom, so all prices include UK VAT where applicable and there are no customs duties or import charges on UK orders.

Tracking. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery issues and incorrect addresses. It's your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. Eterna by Zahara is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipping it may involve additional shipping costs.

Returns. The direct cost of returning an item is your responsibility, as set out in our Refund Policy. If the product is faulty or incorrect, we cover the return costs.
